What this isNot another questionnaire and not an audit of every document you hold. We use your existing SRM Index as the starting point, ask you to substantiate the broader capabilities behind it, and combine evidence with expert discussion to reach the State of Flux position.

Demonstrate how each capability works in practice.
Each area contains a small number of evidence requests. Select the strongest representative material rather than uploading every document you have. If evidence is not available, say so: that is useful validation evidence in its own right.
